GVB Board selects Gutierrez & Perez to continue leading Guam Visitors Bureau

(Tumon, Guam) The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) has announced that former Governor Carl T.C. Gutierrez will remain as GVB President and CEO, while Dr. Gerry Perez will continue serving as GVB Vice President. Both Gutierrez and Perez were initially appointed in May by the GVB Board of Directors as the Bureau’s interim leadership team. The board unanimously voted at their July 9th meeting that they will continue to lead GVB going forward.

Visitor Safety Officers recognized for outstanding achievements

(Hagåtña, Guam) The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) recognized the achievements of its Visitor Safety Officers (VSOs) at a small award ceremony on February 19, 2020 at the Government House in Agana Heights. The VSOs were also supported and thanked by Governor Lou Leon Guerrero, GVB Board Chairman P. Sonny Ada and Visitor Safety and Satisfaction Chairman Sam Shinohara.

GVB unveils newest mural at Guam Congress Building

(Hagåtña, Guam) The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) unveiled the fifth mural in the series of its Public Art Display Program at the Guam Congress Building in Hagåtña. The newest mural is located on the walkway of the Guam Congress Building. The street art gives an illusion of the walkway breaking open to reveal the sea life of the Marianas Trench.
